Have you ever wondered how what you eat affects your mood? Do you need tips on eating better so that you can boost your mood? Join us on Wednesday, July 7 from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. for a workshop that is jam-packed with tips on boosting your mood by adding more nutritious food. There will be recipes available for anyone on a student budget. There will also be a sharing of the mental health resources that are available on campus.
